BLAZE WIN 2025 BCPBL PREMIER PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Langley Blaze are 2025 BCPBL Premier Provincial Champions!

After a hard-fought tournament filled with grit, resilience, and championship-caliber baseball, the Blaze capped off an incredible run with back-to-back wins on Championship Sunday to bring home the provincial title.

Langley opened the weekend with a tight 2-1 victory over the Delta Blue Jays, followed by a 6-4 win over the UBC Thunder. A tough 1-0 loss to the Abbotsford Cardinals meant the road to the final would be anything but easy. Facing elimination on Saturday, the Blaze came through with a dominant 6-0 shutout over the Mid Island Pirates to stay alive.

Championship Sunday set the stage for a showdown with the Cardinals — and the Blaze needed two wins to take the title. Behind big-time performances on both sides of the ball, Langley delivered with a 6-2 win in game one to force the final. With everything on the line, the boys came out firing and controlled the game from start to finish, securing a 4-0 victory and hoisting the championship trophy.
